Room Rental Guidelines
1. Booking & Financial Terms
The Fee: The cost is a flat fee for each 4-hour block booked.
Fixed Block Bookings: Payment for dedicated weekly slots is due in advance. Please note: we do not offer refunds for practitioner-missed sessions within a fixed block.
Ad-Hoc Bookings: The full fee is due at the time of booking to secure and confirm the slot.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ written notice is required for cancellation. Slots cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full rental fee.
Price Changes: We guarantee a minimum of 8 weeks’ written notice for any changes to our rental fees.
2. Professional & Safety Requirements
Mandatory Insurance: It is a non-negotiable requirement that you hold current and adequate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance suitable for your specific practice.
Independent Operation: You operate as a fully independent practitioner. You are solely responsible for your clients, your professional conduct, and maintaining current qualifications and regulatory standards.
3. Studio Etiquette & Cleanliness
Punctuality: Please adhere strictly to your 4-hour booking time. You and your client must vacate the room promptly at the end of the block to allow the next practitioner timely access.
Studio Cleanliness: Please ensure the room is left in the immaculate condition in which it was found. This includes: • Wiping down any treatment couches or shared equipment used. • Removing all personal items, waste, and rubbish. • Switching off all lights, heaters, and electrical equipment upon departure.
Prohibited Use: Smoking, alcohol consumption, or the use of naked flames/candles is strictly prohibited on the premises. The space is for pre-approved therapeutic practice only
Agreement Termination: Regular block bookings require 14 days’ written notice to terminate. Moda Wellness reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement if essential guidelines (e.g., insurance, fee payment, conduct) are breached.
